Hark the Herald Angels Sing....

2 weeks into the new year and here I am still mulling over breakfast recipes for Jo. It's an ongoing saga as to what and how to entice that tot's appetite early in the morning. I have to sit down and start that meal planner soon.... too much procrastinating has gone on.

Shing and Yuuri will be arriving this weekend. Jo's new bed is arriving today and my in-laws' new bed will be here next week. The vibes at home are pretty positive, I would say. That new coat of paint in Jo's room seems to have brightened up the whole house. Very pleasant. What a pity that we'll be moving out soon (hopefully within the year) and to the other end of the island. 2009 will be, by God's grace, full of exciting new possibilities for our little family.

I do look forward to the Lunar New Year for some get-together and celebrating, not to mention all the goodies. We 'escaped' to Perth last year this time to reunite with Kai but this year, the family is complete; this in itself is worth a celebration. Much to look forward to!
